About Us
Unsel Consultancy works in the space between design and construction. Accurate drawings matter, but so does understanding how people will actually use a space, so we produce drawings that are precise, buildable and easy for everyone on the project to follow.

Meet the Founder
Founder · Construction Technician
Gökhan has worked in construction since 1998. He started out as a building draughtsman, and most of his site career was spent on hospital projects in Istanbul: new hospital builds and renovations inside hospitals that stayed open, notably for Acıbadem, Memorial and Liv Hospital.
He also worked on large projects such as Zorlu Center, the Istanbul European Side Courthouse and the THY Cargo building at Istanbul Airport, looking after finishing works, quantities and valuations.
He set up Unsel Consultancy in London in 2021. Today he works directly with homeowners, landlords and estate agents, and carries out the measured surveys, planning drawings, kitchen design and site inspections himself.
